Built in 2023 and opened in 2024, our restaurant is the newest gem on the property—offering a cozy, rustic steakhouse experience in the heart of the Alaskan wilderness. Warm wood finishes, ambient lighting, and thoughtful design create a welcoming space that feels both elevated and comfortable, whether you're sitting down for a hearty dinner or just grabbing a signature cocktail at the bar.
At the core of our kitchen is a chef-driven menu that celebrates bold flavors and quality ingredients. We focus on hearty, handcrafted meals made with care—from our in-house cut 20oz ribeye, to our famous French dip sandwiches (served with our family recipe au jus), house-made pizzas crafted for just the right balance of sauce, cheese, and crust, our freshly baked desserts to our rotating weekly specials, every plate reflects the spirit of Alaska with just the right amount of refinement.
We're also proud to offer a well-curated whiskey and tequila collection, along with handcrafted cocktails that range from classic to creative.
When the weather allows, guests can enjoy our outdoor seating area—perfect for dinner under the midnight sun. For special events and summer nights, we feature a band stand for live music, plus an outdoor horseshoe pit and cornhole boards for a little friendly fun beneath the open sky.
